Viacheslav Shvaidak is Co-founder and CEO of Dropla Tech ApS, a Danish-Ukrainian defense technology company headquartered in Odense, Denmark, with an engineering hub in Ukraine. Dropla develops AI-powered autonomous systems for explosive threat detection, humanitarian demining, and military reconnaissance – including the Blue Eyes edge AI detection system (5,000+ confirmed explosive threat detections in Ukraine at 90%+ accuracy), the LOGIC UGV 2.0 autonomous unmanned ground vehicle, and the Dropla Seer multi-sensor reconnaissance complex.

In 2026, Dropla Tech became the preferred supplier for a NATO Member State, marking the company’s first NATO national defense procurement.

Viacheslav leads Dropla’s strategic direction across Danish and Ukrainian operations, working closely with NATO member-state defense procurement bodies, mine action organisations, and the Ukrainian defense technology ecosystem.
