Dr John TULL

Postdoctoral Fellow researcher

John Tull is a Postdoctoral Fellow researcher in the Department of Politics, International Relations and Philosophy at Royal Holloway College, University of London.

 

His current research focuses on military learning in NATO member countries (ESRC 2021-2024), working with Prof. Tom Dyson. This included him completing the NATO Lessons Learned Staff Officer Course in Sweden in March 2023. John’s wider research interests, stemming from lengthy practitioner experience in leadership roles in the high-tech sector in Asia, lie in organizational knowledge strategy, practices and investment policy generally.

 

Prior to joining the university, Dr. Tull spent the last decade working with and researching knowledge-intensive organizations in the INGO space that perform entrepreneurship development consultancy and value chain restructuring in emerging markets, living at various times in Rwanda, Tanzania, Kenya and Mozambique.
