Dylan MCKAY

Dylan is a founder of RenderSafe, an EOD company pioneering Advanced EOD training and capability development for the Defence and Secuirty industry. Their mission is to enhance the capabilities of military, law enforcement, and secuirty agencies worldwide by employing their unique three-pillar approach: training, Special Effects (SFX)and Human Performance Optimisation (HPO).
In addition to his role at RenderSafe, Dylan is the co-founder of Stark Naked Ltd (Stark NKD), where he spearheads HPO and leadership training solutions alongside founder Anna Stark. Stark NKDs mission is to develop the world’s fi rst wearable free AI breathing coaching and recovery insights platform. With over a decade of experience as a Commissioned Offi cer in the New Zealand Army, trained as an Ammunition Technical Officer specialising in EOD and having led the NZ Special Forces Human Performance Programme, he is passionate about delivering HPO solutions in environments where optimised performance saves lives (military, fi re service, police, emergency medicine, or non-governmental rescue organisations). During this time, Dylan obtained a postgraduate diploma in Applied Breathing Science and it now studying an MSc in Human Performance Optimisation at Buckinghamshire New University, London. These academic endeavors, coupled with his practical experience, have provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the science and application of respiratory interventions in optimising human performance. He developed the Performance Breathing System® to address the unique challenges faced by EOD and SOF Operators and fill a critical gap in human performance programmes across the FVEY and NATO countries.
