NATO EOD Demonstration and Trials 2023

The NATO Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Center of Excellence (COE) hosts the EOD Demonstration and Trials, a biennial event for experts from NATO, partner nation armed forces, and the defence industry. The event showcases the latest in EOD technologies through live demonstrations, exhibitions, seminars, and conferences.
Event Objectives: The NATO EOD Demonstrations and Trials fosters collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing among key stakeholders in the EOD community. The event aims to provide attendees with a:

  • An opportunity to highlight the latest technological solutions to enhance the interoperability and capability of Alliance forces to protect lives and property;
  • A discussion space to address urgent military requirements and align them with existing and future roadmaps;
  • And help accelerate the deployment of technologies to meet new challenges.

Former Warsaw Pact

NATO EOD Center of Excellence manual on ex-Warsaw Pact Munitions is designed to effectively assist NATO and partner nation staff officers and NCOs at the battalion and brigade levels by providing ready reference and guidance for munitions technicians, EOD Soldiers and combat engineers engaged in conventional ammunition. Its purpose is simply to help understand the construction of this type of ammunition and its safe disposal.
