Jeffrey M. David

Jeffrey M. David is a founder of DAGER Technology, LLC with nearly four decades of experience in research, development, test, evaluation, and experimentation of combating terrorism and first responder technologies and equipment development. For the past 16 years, Mr. David has led the planning, coordinating, executing, and documenting operational assessments and experiments, where he has overseen the development of over 120 operational assessment and experimentation reports documenting equipment capabilities, lessons learned, technology adoption, and technology gaps. He also conceived of and oversees the execution of the Vulcan’s Forge EOD and micro-R&D Public Safety Bomb Technician innovation programs for the U.S. Government.

Previously, Mr. David served at the Combating Terrorism Technical Support Office, DOE Remote Sensing Laboratory, Office of Special Technology, and the Naval Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Center.

Mr. David has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Master of Arts in Engineering Management from George Washington University. He is the author of more than 50 Bomb Squad Test reports, three articles in the International Association of Bomb Technicians and Investigators journal The Detonator, and three FBI Special Technicians Bulletins documenting newly developed tools. He is a current member of International Association of Bomb Technicians and Investigators, United States Bomb Technicians Association, and the National Tactical Officers Association.
